2015 was a year of so much happiness. I got married to the man I've been in love with for years. I finally got to go to Hogwarts (and the rest of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter). I bought a new car. There was so much greatness that happened, and I cannot wait to see what 2016 holds for me and my new hubby!

This month, I've decided that instead of monthly goals, I will set my goals for the year, both for my blog and for my life.

For the blog:
Post a video each month (a vlog or a song, etc.).
Post at least 10 times on the blog each month.
Be more active in the blogging community.
Update my blog layout.

For the life:
Take at least two weekend trips, and one full vacation.
Start working on my Master's degree.
Read at least one book each month.
Have a date night with hubby at least once a month.
Move into a new home.
Have a date night/day with girlfriends at least once a month.

I feel that it's important to make somewhat specific goals (see above) as opposed to goals like "travel more" or "read more." I also made sure to set goals that I think are achievable for me.

What are some goals that you are looking to set this year? Oh, and happy new year!

xx,

    1. Good luck in your endeavors in education, as well! :) And I'd like to think so. My best friend and I only live about 10 minutes from each other, but we're both so busy, we almost never see each other. I'm such a homebody, and basically only spend time with the hubby and my family, so I think making sure to make time with friends will be important to me.
