Alright, y'all. It's been another crazy week for the books! Hopefully, things will calm down slightly over the next couple of weeks, but since I'll be starting my Master's program, I doubt it! But I'm alive and I'm making it, so I can't complain.

Thursday, July 28: After a long day, and leaving work early because I was sick, I spent some time reading and drinking a hot cup of anti-sore throat concoction (hot water, lots of honey, and lemon juice).

Friday, July 29: Another day of being sick. :(

Saturday, July 30: Even though I wasn't feeling well, this was such a busy day! I had to work in the morning, then moved a few boxes to the new home (!!!), then Andre and I had a date night (more to come there), and we had Shake Shack for the first time. I mean, it was good, but it was no In-N-Out.

Sunday, July 31: MAJOR MOVING DAY! After waking up early to go get my HP book, we picked up our U-Haul and moved everything. We'd lived at Rose Street for three years, so it was definitely bittersweet, but on to bigger and better things.

Tuesday, August 2: I checked my mailbox at work and had an envelope full of colored paper clips (my favorite), along with this note from a sweet lady in another department who retired. It was really just the sweetest thing! It goes to show how small actions can be the best actions!

Wednesday, August 3: Another day off work, but not for fun. I had a dentist's appointment to get a root canal done, and ended up having to have the entire tooth extracted (OUCH!). But I did get to finish Cursed Child, so the day wasn't all bad!
