This year has been quite a ride, however, mostly good. Below are some of the big, and not so big, moments that happened in my life this year.

In February, my family moved from my childhood home to a new house, an amazing new house with a beautiful yard.
Later in Febrary, my sister had her third child, my second nephew, Jaxon Clay. He was tiny and precious. He's not 10 month old, and so smart!
Early March, I was offered a promotion in the company I work for. I was given my own store in Oxford, Alabama. I have now managed that store for nine months and while it's an hour drive each way, things are going pretty great still. Due to that promotion, I was able to buy my own car, and it's still pretty as ever.
Also in March, we adopted our first kitty cat. She's so beautiful and precious.
For Mother's Day this year, my mom finally had the chance to meet Andre's mom. It was about dang time, seeing as Andre and I have been together almost five years.

This June, I turned 23...
...and finally became part of team iPhone.
At the end of the summer, we visited Sweetwater Brewing Company for the first time...
...and who knew you could drink so fresh for free?
Andre and I stayed in Alabama for a few weeks, and visited Birmingham a few times. We tried Steel City Pops, and let me tell you, gourmet popsicles are probably the best Summer treat you could ever try.
Our kitty, Courage, grew up, and we had to get spayed.
(It was such a sad experience, and I never want to experience it again.)
We had a great Thanksgiving with both our families.
We also had the chance to meet Santa in Atlanta, and he was just the nicest!
More holiday pictures with Andre.

We had our first full-size Christmas tree this year. It may not be extravagant, but it was really the perfect size for our quaint little home.

2013 was a pretty great year. I hope that as life continues, each year becomes greater and greater. Keep your eye out for a 2014 resolutions post tomorrow.
