Fall is one of my favorite times of the year and I love all of the festivities that come along with the season. Since this is my first semester is graduate school, I've been overwhelmingly busy. October is halfway over and I haven't really had the time to participate in my favorite fall festivities. There are a ton of things I want to do this season, but may not get around to. That doesn't stop a girl from dreaming! Check out a few of the local things on my list to do during the fall.

Who doesn't love a good pumpkin patch? We visited Yahoo Farms near Ellijay last year and had a great time. I would love to check out Burt's Farm in Dawsonville this year.

Ponce City Market in Atlanta recently opened up their rooftop park (Skyline Park) and will be hosting Haunted Heights this year on the Saturday for Halloween. It definitely sounds like a great time with carnival games and rides, plus it's 21 and up, so it would definitely make for a great date night!

A local gold museum and train ride will be hosting the Gold Mine Ghost Train this year, which sounds like it would be creepy and not too scary (I don't do well with scares!). I would definitely love to take the train ride this year.
