What can I say about this week? It actually went by pretty quickly. There were no students on campus all week, so it was definitely a very productive one work-wise. Here are some of the highlights.

I had to work on Saturday because it was Spring graduation. I knew a ton of the students graduating, but the one I was most excited about was one of my orientation babies. I was an orientation leader as a student and became friends with so many students entering the University. One of my very favorites graduated this past Saturday. It was pretty amazing because I was there for her first college experience (orientation) and her last (graduation). She graduated with a double major in German and Anthropology, and I know she's going to do big things! I'm so proud of her.

I finally watched Fifty Shades of Grey last night, holed up in my bedroom. I'll admit, it was pretty good, even if the characters are both a little mental. I'm going to borrow the books from a friend at work, and read through the series before the next movie comes out.

I was social last night (for once) and went out with some coworkers after work. About six of us went out to dinner at one of our local Mexican restaurants to celebrate one of the girls in the office moving up to an Academic Advisor position. It was a really nice time, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I started receiving the items I bought from ebay last week. Two of my favorite items I received were some beautiful turquoise gauges. I love them both, and I'm considering wearing a pair for my wedding, but can't decide (help!).

I finished my book that I received from Blogging for Books! It was really terrific. You can read my review of it here.

Tell me about the good in your week!

    1. I never really cared to read them before, but figured now that it died down a little, I'd give the movie a try. It will definitely make you flushed. Haha.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a great weekend.
