I completed my first round of 101 in 1001 starting in 2016 and ending just earlier this year. What is 101 in 1001, you ask? It's a list of 101 goals to complete in 1001 days (about 2.75 years). This is such a fun process because it's really interesting to see how many things you can complete when you set your mind to it (it's almost like a game!), but it's also really cool to see how your priorities and interests change over time, too. This is round two for me, and I'm excited to see the growth that comes from this challenge.

Please feel free to make your own 101 in 1001 list, or share one you've already got going, into the comments below. Let's cheer each other on.

Start Date: May 6, 2019
Update #1: November 2019
Update #2: June 2020
Update #3: April 2021
Finish Date: January 31, 2022

Adventure, Fun, & New Things

Obviously I didn't make much impact on this one since last June, but I'm hoping to check some of these off during the rest of 2021.

Fashion, Beauty, & Wellness

26. Get an initial necklace, bracelet, or ring. Lucky for me, hubby got me a beautiful "A+K" necklace for my birthday. What a sweetie. (June 2020)

28. Develop a skin-care routine. I am so proud to have done this. I am obsessed with Eight Saints products, NUDESTIX Lemon-Aid Detox/Micropeel, and my Foreo Luna mini. (2020)

29. Meet with an audiologist for an in-depth hearing test. I met with an audiologist and my hearing is a little low but mostly normal. Instead it may be a processing disorder, so that's something I'll need to figure out next. (November 2020)

39. Complete a Yoga with Adriene 30-day Challenge. I was working on this in January, but fell really ill at the end of the month and didn't finish. I'll try again later.

41. Try period panties or the period cup. I've tried both and have a comparison/review coming soon. (July 2020)

Home

49. Create an outside space we can enjoy. Still working on it! I'm building a trail in the woods to enjoy that space and we're continuously trying to update our back porch/sun room.

58. Host dinner at our home at least once. Did this! We had a family meal for my daddy's birthday birthday and it was really nice! (October 2020)

60. DIY a furniture project. I redid some bar stools. It was a super simple project, but I love how it turned out. (September 2020)

Blog

74. Create blog/social business cards. Made some little cuties! (September 2020)

Books, TV, & Music

77. Complete a reading challenge each year. Worked on challenges in 2019 and 2020. Currently working on 2021.

78. Watch at least five of the tv shows currently on my Netflix queue. Wowza. This past year has given me so much time to catch up on movies and tv shows that I've wanted to watch. I've probably watched more than 20 series I'd been planning to watch.

80. Watch 10 cult classics I haven't yet seen. I've seen a ton of cult classics, but there are so many I haven't seen. At this point, I think I've watched seven that I hadn't previously seen. Let me know what some of your cult favorites are!

Love & Marriage

91. Take a five-year anniversary trip or experience. Welp, this didn't happen. Thanks, COVID.

94. Celebrate my 30th birthday in a big way. We weren't able to go out and about but we celebrated at home in a wonderfully lovely way.
